Recovery Terms & Conditions
MOVE360 RECOVERY ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking and attending the MOVE360 Recovery Room, all clients agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. RECOVERY ROOM SERVICES The MOVE360 Recovery Room currently includes access to cold immersion (ice bath) facilities and sauna facilities. Access is provided for recovery purposes only and clients use all facilities at their own discretion and risk.
2. BOOKINGS & ACCESS
• Recovery sessions are booked in 20-minute slots.
• Your booking provides access to the recovery room area during your allocated time slot only.
• Bookings are made online through our website using the SimplyBook.me booking system.
• Clients may download the SimplyBook.me app to manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
3. OPERATING HOURS Recovery Room operating hours are currently from 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Hours may change without prior notice.
4. PAYMENTS
• Payments can be made online through PayFast when booking.
• Walk-in clients may pay in person, subject to availability.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
5. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS
• A minimum of 1 hour’s notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the booking time may be used as a credit toward a future booking.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the booking time may result in forfeiture of the booking credit.
• All purchases, credits, and bookings are non-refundable.
6. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS • Late arrivals will result in reduced session time as bookings will end at the scheduled time. • No-shows will forfeit the booking and credit used for that session.
7. AGE REQUIREMENTS Clients must be 16 years or older to access the Recovery Room facilities.
8. HEALTH & MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS
• Participation in recovery activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
• Clients are encouraged to consult with a healthcare practitioner before participating in any exercise, recovery, cold exposure, or heat exposure activities.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
• If you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, or uncomfortable during your session, discontinue use immediately and notify staff.
9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY By using the Recovery Room facilities, clients acknowledge that cold exposure and heat exposure may carry inherent risks. MOVE360, its owners, staff, and contractors shall not be held liable for injuries, illness, loss, damage, or adverse reactions resulting from participation except where required by law.
10. MEMBER BENEFITS & GUEST POLICY
• MOVE360 members may receive discounted drop-in pricing.
• Guests are welcome but will be charged the applicable non-member rate.
• Members may not share member pricing with non-members.
11. TRANSFERS Bookings, credits, and packages are non-transferable unless an exception is approved by management due to circumstances such as relocation, injury, or other exceptional situations.
12. HYGIENE & CONDUCT To maintain a comfortable environment for all clients:
• Please keep the facility clean and tidy.
• Appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
• Revealing swimwear is not permitted.
• Please cover up appropriately when walking between the recovery area and shower facilities.
• Respect other clients and avoid behaviour that may make others feel uncomfortable.
• MOVE360 reserves the right to refuse access or remove individuals displaying inappropriate behaviour.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS MOVE360 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By completing a booking, attending a session, or using the Recovery Room facilities, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
