Our Youth Women’s Rugby division is focused on growing the game by creating a fun, supportive environment where young female athletes can develop rugby skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport.

Your Coach
Eugene bosman
Our Strength & Conditioning Coach, Eugene Bosman, has over 6 years of experience in the Strength and conditioning world. With a background of working with Rugby players from Youth amateur , all the way through to senior semi professional, Grappling sports such as Wrestling , and Hockey . Eugene is currently Head of Strength and Conditioning for Rugby and Hockey at Brackenfell high school whilst also working with Athletes in their off-season to prepare upcoming seasons at his private gym. Eugene has transformed many Athletes Athleticism and believes in educating and empowering his Athletes in the long term.
